If tiredness occurs whilst driving, stop in safe place. If it is not potential to stop, then open the window for some fresh air and pull in at the earliest opportunity. You should try having a break if possible, stopping at least every 2 hours for at least 15 minutes on long journeys. A cup of caffeinated coffee and a short nap can also have a reviving effect.
